Refund policy Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. All the purchases will be non-refundable. We strictly do not do returns. Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT    please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, we shall send you a fresh piece.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOESN'T SUIT YOU & WE ALSO DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.

• 5-10% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

• Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

• Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for the exchange and also mention the reason for the exchange.

• The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also, the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.

• Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

• All the sale & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.

• Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria).

• Return only accepts damaged products and wrong material.

• Return request should be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

• Refund amount will be Deposited in bank account, Google pay, Phone Pay at 7 days
